Our fibre bundling machines have unique design in which precompaction technique is used to accommodate the loose fibre and it can be compressed to a density of 8 - 9 Kgs per cubic feet.

Coir Fibre can be packed to a density of 8-10 Kgs / Cubic Feet can be presses to increase the load ability during its transportation. Coir Fibres bundle is required for exporting for utilizing the Load ability in the container. In 40’ H.C Container ca easily accommodate around 20-22 Rona of Coir Fibre. We can develop any special requirements.

There are lots of benefits of Hydraulic Type Fuel Briquetting over Mechanical type Briquetting Presses. Some of which are:

1. No Die wear-out, therefore no need of often replacement of Die.
2. Machines stops, material will get struck in the Die and removal is a problem.
3. Electrical power requirement are more in Mechanical Press.
4. Production cost in hydraulic is less compared to Mechanical Presses.
